Underfloor Heating Foam

EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) underfloor heating styrofoam is an insulation material used in underfloor heating systems. It is usually placed under concrete slabs. Its function is to retain heat better and provide insulation.

EPS is a lightweight material and has good insulation properties. Polystyrene granules swell and expand when heated and thus become foamed. As a result, a cellular structure is formed and the material becomes resistant to temperature and pressure.

When underfloor heating styrofoam is placed under concrete slabs, it reduces heat loss and directs the heat to the surface. In this way, more efficient heating is provided with lower energy consumption. It is also used to maintain temperature balance in underfloor heating systems.

EPS floor heating styrofoam is a low-cost, easy-to-apply and durable insulation material. It is a widely preferred option to increase the effectiveness of underfloor heating systems and save energy.
